We’re doing it again, because we just can’t get enough! Experience a true girl-power adventure, where we combine spectacular hikes with authentic experiences and a strong sense of community. This year’s adventure will be led by North Away’s expert guides, who know the islands’ secrets and hidden gems — while Emma Østergaard sets world records in Pakistan!

Our dream is to bring together a group of women who share a passion for adventure and a desire to create unforgettable memories together., This journey will take us through the majestic landscapes of Lofoten, where we’ll hike among breathtaking mountains each day — a perfect mix of classic, must-see peaks and Fie’s personal favorites, leading us away from the crowds and onto trails we’ll remember for a lifetime.

During our journey, we’ll camp in stunning locations, cook our own evening meals, and enjoy meaningful conversations around the fire. We’ll hike to breathtaking viewpoints, experience an Arctic sauna, and visit Polarhagen for a unique culinary lunch experience. Throughout the trip, we’ll regularly stay at facilities with toilets and showers to ensure comfort and convenience. At other times, we’ll responsibly make use of nature’s resources. Most of our luggage will be transported for us during the majority of the adventure.

Before our departure to Lofoten, we’ll host a group online briefing — a valuable opportunity to share experiences, receive helpful tips, get to know each other, and much more!

Sensommer i Lofoten

Forlæng sommeren med et unikt sensommer-eventyr i Lofoten. Omsluttet af øernes dramatiske fjelde, åbne fjorde og bløde sensommerlys inviterer dig med på en uforglemmelig rejse, hvor bevægelse, nærvær og fællesskab går hånd i hånd.

Vi begynder dagene i roligt tempo med morgendyp i fjorden, varm sauna, kaffe på kanden og en nærende morgenmad – mens solen langsomt løfter sig over vandet. Her er der plads til at lande, trække vejret dybt og mærke kroppen vågne.

Dagene byder på nogle af vores yndlings vandreture gennem Lofotens storslåede landskaber. Efter indsatsen giver vi os god tid på toppen til at nyde udsigterne, spise frokostposer tilberedt af vores private kok og ikke mindst suge det hele til os. Ingen hast, kun øjeblikke, der får lov at sætte sig. Vi bor i en privat villa med smuk udsigt over hav og fjelde. Her skaber vi en atmosfære af ro og nordisk hygge, og hvor vores kok forkæler os med hjemmelavede, sunde og nærende måltider. Overnatning er i komfortable dobbeltværelser, som deles med en medrejsende deltager.

EYDA x North Away

Tag med os til sommer, når EYDA og North Away inviterer på en aktiv rejse til Lofotens spektakulære landskaber. Rejsen er skabt til dig, der vil kombinere eventyr, træning og fællesskab i nogle af de mest storslåede omgivelser nord for polarcirklen. Her bruger vi kroppen, udforsker naturen og deler oplevelser, der rækker langt ud over hverdagen.

I løbet af ugen bevæger vi os gennem Lofotens rå og dramatiske landskab, hvor vi bestiger ikoniske fjeldtoppe, finder skjulte steder, der kun kan nås til fods, og træner med udsigter, der tager pusten fra de fleste. EYDA’s dygtige instruktører guider ugens træningspas med fokus på styrke, bevægelse og mental tilstedeværelse, med plads til alle niveauer.

Mellem aktiviteterne er der tid til at lande, restituere og være sammen. Vi kombinerer aktive dage med afslapning ved havet, nærvær og gode stunder i fællesskab, hvor energien opstår helt naturligt. Rejsen er sammensat, så du både bliver udfordret, inspireret og fyldt op, fysisk såvel som mentalt.

Dette er ikke bare en træningsrejse, men en oplevelse, hvor natur, bevægelse og fællesskab smelter sammen, og hvor minderne skabes undervejs.

Winter retreat

Start the year with an extraordinary retreat in Lofoten! Our winter retreat brings together adventurous women looking to share unforgettable experiences in the most spectacular surroundings. The adventure is led by Fie, our Lofoten expert, who knows the islands' hidden gems and unique spots. In collaboration with Lofoten Apartments, she has crafted a retreat you won’t soon forget.

During this 5-day retreat, we will start our days with yoga, enjoying the views of beautiful, pastel-colored sunrises alongside our yoga instructor, Fredrikke. We will explore Lofoten's magical landscapes, take walks through the stunning winter scenery, find inner peace, and end our days with Arctic sauna sessions and refreshing dips in the sea, hopefully under the dancing Northern Lights.

We will be staying at Lofoten Apartments, where hosts Fredrikke and Erik will pamper us with three daily meals and create an atmosphere of true Nordic coziness. We will overnight in comfortable accommodations, surrounded by the magnificent views that Lofoten is known for. Accommodation will be in double rooms, shared with another participant.

In collaboration with our good friends Ida and Barbara from NORDBAEK, we have created a completely unique journey to the spectacular Lofoten in Norway. This exclusive tour has been carefully designed with a focus on tranquility, immersion and unforgettable nature experiences – perfect for those who want to combine adventure with personal well-being.

Efter Ida og Barbaras rejse til Lofoten i marts 2024, hvor North Away arrangerede en tur fyldt med fællesskab, har vi igen slået os sammen for at tilbyde en ny mulighed. Vi har udvalgt det bedste af, hvad Lofoten har at byde på, og skabt en rejse, hvor du kan opleve øernes spektakulære natur samtidig med, at der er tid til at pleje både krop og sjæl. Turen byder blandt andet på badning i krystalklart vand, afslapning i arktiske saunaer og tid til fordybelse i den storslåede natur. Vi skal bo ved Lofoten Apartments, som består af tre store lejligheder beliggende i naturskønne omgivelser lige ud til havet. Vanlife in Lofoten

Join us next summer for an epic adventure to the world's most beautiful archipelago, Lofoten. It will be the ultimate road trip through Lofoten, where we will explore the archipelago's hidden gems together in the coolest vintage retro vans. This will be a journey filled with adventure, community, and unforgettable moments. 

What can you expect?
We will drive in a caravan along Lofoten's winding roads, stopping at scenic spots, hiking up majestic mountains, and experiencing the midnight sun, where day and night blend together. In addition to breathtaking natural experiences, we will enjoy an Arctic sauna and spa experience, savor a culinary lunch at Polarhagen, and perhaps taste the best cinnamon rolls in the world. Our adventure begins in Svolvær, where we will meet at Lofoten Vanlife at 4 PM, pick up the vehicles, and head to the first accommodation. The evening will feature a welcome dinner under the open sky. Each night, we will stay at cozy campsites with access to toilets and showers on most days. Each van accommodates two people, and every van is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a small kitchen. If you are traveling alone, we will ensure you are matched with one of the other travelers.
