Active Week in Lofoten

Escape to the breathtaking landscapes of Lofoten for an unforgettable six-days trip designed for active, adventurous women seeking connection, movement, and beautiful nature. This exclusive experience is crafted for those who love sports and an active lifestyle – all while forming meaningful connections with like-minded women. Each day will be filled with outdoor activities, from trail running along rugged coastlines and mountains to hiking majestic peaks and refreshing dips in the Arctic waters. After a long day of movement in nature, we will allowing both body and mind to reset with sauna sessions and yoga. Beyond the physical activities, this trip offers a deep dive into Lofoten’s rich heritage. Savor locally inspired meals, explore charming fishing villages and experience the Arctic culture. With a small, intimate group (max. 16 participants), you’ll build lasting connections in a supportive and empowering environment.

You’ll stay in a private villa in Flakstad, featuring seven cozy bedrooms (shared double beds with some singlebed options available). The villa also has a sauna and offers direct access to breathtaking trails and fjords, making it the perfect home for this trip.

The total cost of this trip is 20.500 NOK (approximately 13.500 DKK, depending on the exchange rate). Payment will be invoiced in NOK. Deposit: 8.300 NOK (5.500 DKK), payable upon registration to secure your spot. The registration deadline is June 15th and Final Payment Deadline is August 1th 2025. Please note: The trip requires a minimum of 10 participants to proceed. We recommend waiting for confirmation of this before booking flights.

Type of adventure

This is an active adventure trip set in the heart of Lofoten, combining movement, nature and connection. You’ll be staying in a private villa in Flakstad, offering comfort and relaxation after days of exploration. The villa features cozy shared rooms, a sauna and breathtaking fjord and mountain views. Throughout the trip, we’ll provide organized transportation around in Lofoten. Whether you’re a solo traveler looking to meet like-minded women or seeking a break from everyday life, this trip is for you.

Physical form

This adventure is tailored for women who embrace an active lifestyle. Expect sweat, burning legs, and a racing pulse as we tackle steep mountain trails, rugged terrain, and trail runs. A solid fitness level is required (minimum running distance: 10 km) to fully enjoy the demanding yet rewarding activities.

Transport to Lofoten

We recommend flying round-trip to Leknes Airport (LKN), as it is the closest airport to our accommodation in Flakstad. From Leknes, we will arrange transportation to the villa, ensuring a smooth arrival for all participants.

Ankomst & Afgang

We recommend arriving on September 23, with the flight that arrives in Leknes Airport (LKN) at 15:00. If you’re arriving at a different time, don’t worry, we’ll coordinate logistics to make sure you get to the villa comfortably.

On September 28, we will depart from the Villa in Flakstad around 11:00. Please book your return flight for 13:00 or later to allow time for an stress-free journey home.

Dag 1: Arrival & Welcome Dinner
Arrive in Leknes and transfer to our private villa in Flakstad. Settle in, meet your fellow adventurers, and enjoy a welcome dinner featuring local specialties. We'll go over the itinerary, answer any questions, and prepare for an exciting week ahead.
Dag 2: Sunrise dip, mountain hike & bunfire gathering
Start the day with a sunrise dip in the ocean, followed by a hearty breakfast. We’ll embark on a scenic mountain hike with breathtaking views of fjords and rugged peaks. In the evening, we will have a cozy dinner at our Lofoten home and gather around a fire with warm drinks, sharing stories under the northern sky.
Dag 3: Trail run & sauna session
Get your heart pumping with a 21 km. guided trail run through Lofoten’s stunning terrain. Reward yourself with a sauna session to relax sore muscles. End the day with a homemade, nourishing dinner in the villa.
Dag 4: Morning yoga, hike & Henningsvær
Begin with a gentle yoga session to energize the body. Enjoy another spectacular hike, this time with a picnic lunch at the summit. In the evening, explore the charming fishing village of Henningsvær, visiting local shops and dining at a cozy waterfront restaurant, Trevarefabrikken.
Dag 5: Slow pace morning run, Nusfjord & sunset hike
Ease into the morning with a slow pace social run followed by breakfast. We’ll visit Nusfjord, one of Norway’s oldest and best-preserved fishing villages. Later, experience a breathtaking sunset hike before sharing a final celebratory dinner together.
Dag 6: Morning plunge, farewell brunch & departure
Savor one last cold-water plunge before gathering for a farewell brunch. Reflect on the week’s adventures before transferring to Leknes for your return journey, taking unforgettable memories with you.
